At D Asha Engineering, our products are manufactured machinery items and therefore returns are not accepted.

No Return Policy

• Products once sold cannot be returned or refunded.
• Order cancellations are not allowed after dispatch.

Repair‑Only Policy

• If a product develops a manufacturing defect or functional issue, it will be repaired, not returned.
• Repairs are provided under warranty terms or as paid service (if warranty period has expired).

Conditions for Repair

• Issue must be reported within the warranty period (if applicable).
• Product should be used as per operating instructions.
• Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
